1. Using AmpliJob

AmpliJob helps users organize career evidence, review job-specific gaps, and create application materials. You are responsible for the information you provide, the claims you approve, and how you use generated materials.

2. Account Responsibilities

You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account unless caused by our failure to use reasonable security measures.

3. Evidence and Generated Content

AmpliJob is designed to keep evidence-backed content and stretch-generated drafts distinct. Generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a specific employer. You must review and verify all application materials before using them.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use AmpliJob to:

• submit false, misleading, unlawful, or infringing content;
• misrepresent credentials, employment history, education, or eligibility;
• interfere with or attempt to reverse engineer the service;
• upload malware or use the service to harm others; or
• violate applicable laws, employer rules, or platform policies.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of resumes, job materials, evidence, and other content you provide. You grant AmpliJob permission to process that content to provide, secure, improve, and support the service.

6. Payments and Credits

Paid features, subscriptions, or credits may be offered through the service. Purchases are subject to the terms shown at checkout. Credits or usage entitlements may expire or be limited as described when purchased or granted.

7. Service Changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as the product evolves. We will try to provide reasonable notice when changes materially affect active users.

8. Disclaimers

AmpliJob does not guarantee job interviews, offers, employment outcomes, or employer responses. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AmpliJob will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or employment opportunities.

10. Termination

You may stop using AmpliJob at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for the service or other users, or use the service unlawfully.

11. Updates to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the updated terms.
